Shelterbox Donation from Firbeck Sailing Club        back

After seeing the devastation caused by the Haiti earthquake, the members of Firbeck Sailing Club wanted to make good use of their funds raised through various events during the course of the year. Having seen the rapid response from Shelterbox, one of Rotary's most successful charities, they approached the Rotary Club of Dronfield to donate £100 towards much needed Shelterbox funds.

Firbeck Sailing Club are based at Rother Valley Park and have over 70 members sailing regularly at the water park. President Chris Burke went along to Rother Valley Park to receive the cheque from FSC Committee member Christine Joel
