| 2008 - Music in the Garden back |
Sunday 27th July saw nearly 200 people attend the Music in the Garden and Hog Roast at Hall Farm, Broomlea held by the Rotary Club of Dronfield as their first major fund raising event of the new Rotary year.

Rotary members from the Rotary Clubs of Dronfield, Drone Valley, Eckington and Bolsover and their friends and families were entertained by the Dronfield Town Band, the pop group “Should be Banned” and special guest keyboard player Sam Wayne. With the weather being kind a great time was had by all attending and many thanks go to all involved in arranging the event.

The total raised by the event was £950. The money raised will help fund local projects such as Gardening tools for the Gosforth Pre School Group eco garden and the proposed Dronfield skateboard park in addtion to national, and international charities which are supported by the Rotary Club of Dronfield.
