Duke of Devonshire's Talk raises funds for Rotary's Polio Eradication campaign        back

His Grace the Duke of Devonshire visited Dronfield Civic Hall to speak about his life and Chatsworth on behalf of the Rotary Club of Dronfield in order to raise funds for Rotary's campaign for the worldwide eradication of polio.

Almost 150 people attended the talk and the profit of £625 has been donated to Rotary's Polio Eradication campaign.

The Duke of Devonshire said, "It was a pleasure for me to give the talk at the Civic Hall last month and I am pleased that you were able to raise a substantial amount for the Polio Eradication charity. I really enjoyed my evening with you - thank you."
