Dronfield's Communities Came Together to Perform Karl Jenkins "The Armed Man - a Mass for Peace" on Remembrance Sunday 9th November. Twenty-five local organisations and individuals provided sponsorship for this memorial performance to take place on Remembrance Sunday. - read more

Local Scout heads to Japan Jamboree
The club are delighted to be able to support local Scout Fiona Baxter who will be traveling to Japan in 2015 to attend the international Scout Jamboree. - read more

The Sick Childrens Trust
The club was at Sainsbury's Dronfield on a warm and sunny Friday, October 3rd supporting the Sick Childrens Trust. We helped to run a bucket collection for the Trust. Five club members collected from 2.00pm through until 6.00pm rasing over £200. - read more

Aquabox and Aquafilter
Members of Dronfield Rotary Club paid a visit this week to the AquaBox headquarters at Wirksworth. Aquabox supply humanitarian aid to disaster zones. The club have provided an additional £250 of support for AquaBox. - read more

Shoot for club members.
September 13th - Members and guests of the club visited Renishaw to experience a morning of air rifle shooting alongside members of the local Anston Field Target Club. - read more

Support for Explorer Scout
The club is delighted to donate £100 to Fiona Baxter a 15 year old explorer scout with 7th Dronfield Scout Group who has been selected to represent Dronfield at the 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Japan in 2015. - read more

The Fishtail Fund is building a fund - Fishtail Plus - to support those Fishtail students who might be going on to University, College or any vocational education. - read more

May 18th - Two club members, Andy Mackay and Andy Ledbetter donned their best frocks to run in the Ashgate Hospice Fancy Drag Race with the club providing £250 in sponsorship for their efforts. - read more

Teenage Cancer Trust
The club was at Sainsbury's Dronfield on a warm and sunny Friday, May 16th supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust. We were helping to run a bucket collection for the Trust. - read more

The club is thrilled to be able to donate funds to CRY. Set up in 1995 it was the first organisation to draw attention to the range of conditions that can cause young sudden cardiac death and is dedicated to saving the lives of young people through screening, research and raising awareness. - read more
